Sistar Dasom's Diet

   About a week or so ago Dasom from Sistar "revealed" her diet plan on twitter by posting a photo of the foods her diet consists of. In the photo you can see different bowls of fruits, vegetables and a salad.


   She said she lost about 7kg, which is around 15 pounds! To be honest I didn't think she had 15 pounds to lose in the first place. Although Sistar did go on a break since their So Cool promotions so it is possible that she had gained and then lost some weight in between promotions.
  Hearing about her weightloss inspired me to start the same diet. Starting from Monday the 30th I will eat this "Dasom Diet" for about 2 weeks while tracking my progress along the way. Why does it seem that diets always have to start on a Monday? Anyway I will be posting weight changes and measurements changes along with how healthy or tired my body is feeling along the way.
   I'm not aiming to lose 15 pounds, I'm doing this more as a little experiment to how well a diet like this actually works. Along with the diet I assume Dasom was learning Sistars Alone dance, so I too will be learning a dance. I'm not sure if I'm going to the Alone dance because I'm working on another one at the moment, but dancing is dancing right?
