Diet Day 1-4: Bleh..

   I want to start off by saying that is very hard not to eat REAL food. MYBODYNEEDSCARBS!

                          Day 1                             
  Day 1 went well although I was starving the whole day.
lb- 112
Measurements:
Arm- 10 in, 25.4 cm
Leg- 22.2 in, 56.1 cm
Waist- 28.2 in, 71.4 cm
Hips- in 38 in, 96.5 cm
Food:
Breakfast- 1 apple & 1 orange
Snack- Raspberries
Dinner-Salad with italian dressing

Day 2
I gained a pound! wth

Measurements:
Arm- 10 in,, 25.4 cm
Leg- 21.12 in, 55.3 cm
Waist- 28 in, 71.1 cm
Hips- 37.9 in, 95.4 cm
Food:
Breakfast- nothing
Snack- Strawberries
Dinner- Salad, grilled chicken ( I couldn't help myself)

Day 3
lb-112
Arm- 10 in, 25.4 cm
Leg- 21.12 in, 55.3 cm
Waist- 27.5 in, 69.4 cm
Hips- 37.4 in, 94.6
Food:
I was bad >.<  
I ate wendys T_T

Day 4
Despite eating that delicious wendys I lost half a pound ^.^
lb- 111.5
Arm- 9.12 in, 24.7 cm
Leg- 21.8 in, 54.6 cm
Waist- 27.12in, 70.5 cm
Hips- 36.13 in, 93.5 cm

My thoughts- I'm starving, I'm really not sure if I can last a whole 2 weeks. Also I'm not the best at measurments so these could be off just a bit.
